Dr. Kiernan is a 1983 graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic. He has been in private practice in Rockaway Queens NY since 1984. Jim attends his New York practice while concurrently instructing internationally for Active Release Techniques (soft tissue management).

Dr. Kiernan's Postgraduate education includes:

• A Masters Degree in Sports Science from the United States Sports Academy
• A Diploma in Chiropractic Neurology from the New York Chiropractic College
• A former national instructor for Biocranial Therapy
